Simon Sinek emphasizes the importance of starting with "why" when communicating and making decisions. Sinek argues that while most people and organizations focus on the "what" and "how" aspects of their work, the true power lies in understanding and communicating the "why" behind their actions.

• What do you want to accomplish?
• What will success mean to you?

• Are you willing to take that step?
• When would now be a good time to start?
• How will you know that you've done it?
