How to Enroll a Brand Partner

Best to escort someone through the enrollment process!

People enroll from your personal website: LifeWave.com/username


  1. Be sure they confirm that your name is at the top of the website
  2. Select JOIN
  3. Choose an Enrollment Pack and follow the instructions (see image below)
  4. Suggest they subscribe to a Monthly Subscription Order while enrolling 
  5. After clicking Confirm Order, have them write down their LifeWave I.D.#


★ Another option is to gather their information using the Enrollment Application Form (located under Document on this page) and enter the information yourself.

BEFORE Enrolling Your Next BP

The Binary Compensation Plan

In a binary compensation plan, every Brand Partner builds two Sides/Teams. 


The computer automatically places your Brand Partner on either your left or right Side... based on Placement Settings that you have selected from your Back Office. If the positions immediately below you are taken, your new BP will be placed under the first available position indicated by your Placement Setting.


To change your Placement Settings to the opposite Side...

  • From your Back Office > Click on your name at the top 
  • Select Change Settings and scroll down to What is your Binary Placement Setting? 
  • Select Build Left or Build Right


Success Tip

Best to keep people who know one another on the same Side or team (i.e. family, friends who know one another, people from church or groups.

AFTER Enrolling Your BP

➤ Confirm that your new Brand Partner is on the Side you intended...

  • From your Back Office > Organization > Personally Enrolled
  • Look for the Binary Side column


➤ If they're NOT on the intended Side...

  • Call Customer Service within 5 business days
  • Restrictions do apply

Sponsoring is a sacred responsibility that extends beyond simply recruiting someone into the business. It involves a commitment to guide, support, and mentor your Brand Partner to achieve their goals with LifeWave.  Take the time to get to know your new Brand Partner. 

5 SIMPLE STEPS

1. Send a Welcome Letter ASAP

We want everyone to orient quickly and easily and to get off to a fast start

  • Copy & paste the Brand Partner Welcome Letter  
  • Be sure to personalize it before emailing to your new BP

2. Touch Base Frequently

Touch base as often as appropriate for the first months. Talk about what frequency works best for your new Brand Partner... and preferred method of communication. 


You want your new Brand Partner to have sponsoring success within the first 30 days (or less). They're 'on fire' for the first 30 days to build a business. Work closely with them so they see results fast. 

3. Introduce Your Sponsor

Or re-introduce if you've already introduced them

  • In this business model, we are creating and building relationships
  • You could do a spontaneous 3-way call... or schedule a time
  • This way they know who to reach out to if you're busy

4. Schedule a Personal Planning Session

Please don't email the Personal Planning document to your BP. This is a guide for YOU to refer to while doing the personal planning session. Your BP doesn't even need to know you're referring to it. It's designed to help you ask the right questions. You may not even cover all the questions.
