Customers can also enroll by calling Customer Service. You can 3-way them in or they can call on their own. Either way, they will be asked for your I.D.#

NOTE
A PC can miss or skip up to two months within a 12-month period without consequence. However, if a preferred customer misses/skips a 3rd month in a 12-month period,
the order count will reset to 0.
One PC account will only receive 4 samples in total.
The loyalty sample will not reset when they back to the monthly subscription order.
After the PC receives the 4th loyalty sample, thy will receive no further loyalty samples.
For PC program: Each reward sample is received only once during the year,
so previously received samples will not be resent.
