Loyalty Samples  

PCs who maintain a Monthly Subscription Order (MSO) containing BV earn free product samples after key milestones: 


  • 3 Months – Y-Age Aeon 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 4th-month MSO 
  • 6 Months – Y-Age Glutathione 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 7th- month MSO (In Canada, they receive Renew)
  • 9 Months – Silent Nights 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 10th-month MSO

What happens if a PC skips a month?

A PC can miss or skip up to two months within a 12-month period without consequence. 

  • After the PC receives the 4th loyalty sample, they will receive no further loyalty samples.
  • However, if a Preferred Customer misses/skips a 3rd month in a 12-month period, the Loyalty Samples will not reset when they return to a monthly subscription order.

PC+ members unlock the next level of loyalty rewards, enjoying a free sample with every MSO.

Monthly Sample Rotations

  1. Have them first confirm that your name is at the top of the website

What to Do AFTER Enrolling a Customer

Networking is more about 'farming' than it is about 'hunting'.

Call or text your new Customer once a week for the first month. Continue to stay in touch after the first month by educating your Customers on the benefits of the X39 and about the phototherapy technology. The process of gradual and gentle education really works.


❤️️ Send your new Customer a Welcome Letter ASAP

  • The simple method is to copy the pre-written Customer Welcome Letter and email it after personalizing it

❤️️ Have a conversation with your new Customer ASAP

  • Ask if they saw your Welcome Letter (it might have gone into Junk mail)
  • Ask if they have any questions
  • Ask if they'd let you know when their product arrives because you'd like to offer a few getting started helpful Tips for wearing the patch(es)
