There are 4 Ways to Enroll Customers

1. Call LW Customer Service

Customers can become Members by phone.

4. Your Personal LifeWave Website

Share your personal website LifeWave.com/username

  1. Have them first confirm that your name is at the top of the website
  2. Then click  SHOP


Best if you can walk them through the enrollment process.

What to Do After Enrolling a Customer

Networking is more about 'farming' than it is about 'hunting... It's about cultivating relationships. ~ Dr. Ivan Misner


Call or text your new Customer once a week for the first month. Continue to stay in touch after the first month by educating your Customers on the benefits of the X39 and about the phototherapy technology. The process of gradual and gentle education really works.


❤️️ Send your new Customer a Welcome Letter ASAP

  • The simple method is to copy the pre-written Customer Welcome Letter and email it after personalizing it

❤️️ Have a conversation with your new Customer ASAP

  • Ask if they saw your Welcome Letter (it might have gone into Junk mail)
  • Ask if they have any questions
  • Ask if they'd let you know when their product arrives because you'd like to offer a few getting started helpful Tips for wearing the patch(es)


❤️️  Introduce your new Customer to our product-only website

Loyalty Samples  

PCs who maintain a Monthly Subscription Order (MSO) containing BV earn free product samples after key milestones: 

  • 3 Months – Y-Age Aeon 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 4th-month MSO 
  • 6 Months – Y-Age Glutathione 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 7th- month MSO (In Canada, they receive Renew)
  • 9 Months – Silent Nights 10-patch sample pack, delivered in their 10th-month MSO 
  • 12 Months – Full-size regular sleeve or single Alavida item, delivered in their 13th-month MSO (*excludes X39 or X49)


After 12 months they receive one of the following of their choice:

  • a full-size sleeve (excluding X39 & X49) or Alavida Revive or Alavida Nectar or Alavida Creme


A Preferred Customer has a referral link for enrolling customers, but the Share & Earn points option is only available for PC+ members.

PC+ Share & Earn Program

A PC+ has a Referral link located in their Back Office.

The more customers they refer, the more product credits they can earn!


Each month, PC+ members have two ways to earn $100 in product credit 

  • Refer 3 customers with a qualifying order 
  • Refer 2 customers and place their own qualifying MSO order 



How Customers Can Upgrade to Brand Partner Status

  1. From their Customer Back Office, click Join to enroll as a Brand Partner (located in the upper-right corner of the page) NOTE: As a Brand Partner, you will have a new LifeWave ID#
  2. Call Customer Service immediately to cancel existing customer membership. Be sure to have Customer ID# handy before you call.
