Career Title

To achieve a new Career Title, a Brand Partner must meet the FULL requirements of that Career Rank/Title as outlined in the Success Pathway chart.


Breakthrough Incentive Bonuses

To earn Breakthrough Incentives, a Brand Partner must meet the FULL requirements of that Career Title as outlined in the LifeWave Success Pathway. 

  • 1-Star Director: $500 Bonus
  • 1-Star Executive: $5,000 Bonus
  • 1-Star Presidential: $50,000 Bonus 
  • For higher rank Bonuses refer to The 9 Ways to Earn chart


NOTE: Each Breakthrough Incentive is earned in two parts:

  • Part 1 is awarded the week the Career Title achievement
  • Part 2 being awarded after 4 additional paid rank requalification weeks.

Relaxed Volume Requirements During Transition

There are three Phases to the relaxed volume requirements. The first Phase began right after Conference, on Oct. 27th, 2025.

  • Phase 1: Weeks 1-12
  • Phase 2: Weeks 13-24 
  • Phase 3: Weeks 25-36


Refer to the Transition Guide for complete details of the 36 week transition period. This Guide is located in your Back Office under Education > Comp Plan Documents > Comp Plan Transition Guide
