When you're talking with a prospect:

ASK QUESTIONS. TALK LESS. TELL STORIES!

Network marketing is a crash course in human behaviour (others & our own). People think and process new information in different contexts. You may find yourself surprised to discover how people process new information. 

• Ask questions & then listen, listen!
• Let the tools do the talking (videos, live webinars, printed material)
• Ask: Do you like a little information...a lot of information...or something in between?

Don't be surprised or unprepared if you happen to hear one of the four classic objections: 

1. It costs too much...   
2. I don't have the time ...  
3. I'm not a salesperson... 
4. I don't like network marketing...   

Great Phrases 

Try using one of these phrases to reply to an objection:  

• Tell me why...   
• Say more about that... 
•  I'm curious.  
• Say more about that...  

Then listen like you've never listened before.

Feel, Felt, Found 

Try using this approach when you reply: 

•  I know you feel...  
• I felt the same way too...  
• And this is what I found...
